The front door of Brandelhow House opens to a spacious hallway that runs through the house linking the sitting room, dining room and kitchen.
The bright and airy sitting room, with large bay window, is furnished with comfortable sofas arranged around the wood burning fire and TV.
The family dining room offers a large dining table, ideal for social and relaxing dinners with family and friends and from here patio doors open to the rear of the property.
The shaker style fitted kitchen is beautifully presented and incorporates an under-counter fridge, range cooker with five ring gas hob and electric double oven, dishwasher and microwave.
The breakfast bar is great for a quick brew in the morning or doubles as the drinks bar in the evening!
A large utility room provides plenty of space for coats and boots and is equipped with washing machine, tumble dryer and freezer.
Choose from any of the three welcoming bedrooms located on the first floor.
The master bedroom is presented with a comfortable double bed and benefits from a luxurious ensuite shower room with walk in shower, basin and wc.
To the rear of the house there is the pretty second double bedroom with views over Walla Crag.
At the front of the house the final bedroom is the biggest and features a huge superking bed that can also be split into twin beds (please specify on booking).
The bedrooms are complemented by a high-quality family bathroom with feature rolltop bath, walk-in shower, basin and WC and there is the added bonus of a dressing room located off the landing.
To the rear of the house there is a courtyard patio with a table that seats six – just the spot for a morning coffee or a drink on a summer evening.

This friendly town hosts the very popular twice weekly market that has recently won the coveted “Best Outdoor Market” in the Great British Market Awards.
The village also offers a fantastic array of shops offering everything from craft bakeries and local produce, antiques, crafts and much, much more.
