Brews Cottage (aka Mews Cottage) takes its name from its proximity to the neighbouring Keswick Brewing Company, who offers their own tap room and award winning beers just around the corner from the cottage.

Brews Cottage is a charming semi-detached holiday home situated in the heart of Keswick, within the stunning Lake District National Park.

Welcoming three furry friends along for the fun, this delightful retreat offers convenient off-road parking and is perfect for families or groups of friends seeking a memorable Cumbrian escape.

Brews Cottage opens up a haven of relaxation to you and your loved ones starting with the heart of the home, the living/dining room.

Here you can enjoy all your homemade favourites before putting your feet up in front of the glowing electric fire and catching up on all your favourite shows on the Smart TV!

The kitchen area will be a joy for the chef of your group as he will have all the equipment needed to whip up his signature dishes and culinary delights!

This property has a top-floor games room where you'll find a lovely space that provides an excellent cabin feel with its own TV, a choice of books (not suitable for children as access is via a loft ladder).

When the sun sets on your day, two beautifully presented bedrooms await; a king-size room which can be converted into a twin on request, equipped with a TV for your entertainment, and a well-appointed double room.

Both rooms are serviced by their own shower room which prevents any queues or morning rushes meaning you can spend more time out exploring this wonderful National Park!

Bassenthwaite 7 miles, Ullswater 16.6 miles; Cockermouth 13 miles.

The popular town of Keswick is the holiday centre of the North of the Lake District and has plenty to offer the visitor at any time of year. The town boasts numerous shops and restaurants to suit all tastes, as well as offering miniature golf, excellent parks, the famous Theatre by the Lake, a charming cinema, the Pencil Museum, a climbing wall, fishing and great mountain biking opportunities, whilst the beautiful lake of Derwentwater at the head of the stunning Borrowdale Valley is only a few minutes walk from the town centre. Nearby, between Braithwaite and Buttermere is the beautiful Newlands Valley, while picturesque Bassenthwaite Lake is well worth a visit. From a gentle countryside ramble to a challenging hike up Skiddaw or the famous Catbells, there really is something for everyone. Visit Castlerigg Stone Circle, the Jennings Brewery and Mirehouse, a grand house and gardens on the shores of the Bassenthwaite Lake, or take a fabulous boat trip around Derwentwater.
