    “Riverside Park 5 is a very comfortable flat for four adults with two double beds, one being on suite.”

    It is very well equipped with modern appliances. The open plan kitchen/living space is very spacious with plenty of room, and different places to sit. There is a balcony and a floor to ceiling window looking out over Fitz Park. It is situated within a five minuet walk to Keswick town centre, with plenty of pubs, shops and places to eat on your doorstep. The only criticism would be the concrete external stairway to access the building, was very poorly lit in the dark. Each flat has an external ...

A delightful third floor luxury loft style apartment with beautiful views, close to the centre of Keswick and ideal for a holiday in any season.

It is located on the top floor of this beautifully renovated building and is one of only six individual apartments at this location.

Whatever reason for your visit, be it touring, walking, or simply relaxing you will find Riverside Park makes a great place to stay. Keswick is a year round destination with live theatre, places to eat, lake cruises, good shopping and a lively market.

Accommodation: Front door entrance from outside steps and balcony leads into the hallway where you can hang your outdoor gear.

The sitting/dining room is open plan with the kitchen and has a stylish modern interior with Italian fitted kitchen, floor to ceiling windows overlooking the river and door onto small river-view balcony.

Large flat screen LG Smart 43" TV, with wi-fi (satellite Freeview), feature electric wall mounted fireplace. Stairs from the lounge access a mezzanine sitting area.

There are two bedrooms, both with king-sized double beds - one with en-suite shower room and balcony and one with use of family bathroom (bath with shower, basin and wc). Furnishings throughout are high quality and modern with carefully chosen colours and fabrics.

Quality laminate flooring throughout with rugs and fully tiled bathrooms complete the scene. Outside: Access by outside stairways from the parking - one named space for each apartment.

Short stroll to shops, restaurants etc.

Theatre and lake shore five minutes walk. The owner of the Riverside Park Apartments has also recently converted a selection of six luxury apartments near Hope Park in Keswick.

Bassenthwaite 7 miles, Ullswater 16.6 miles; Cockermouth 13 miles.

The popular town of Keswick is the holiday centre of the North of the Lake District and has plenty to offer the visitor at any time of year. The town boasts numerous shops and restaurants to suit all tastes, as well as offering miniature golf, excellent parks, the famous Theatre by the Lake, a charming cinema, the Pencil Museum, a climbing wall, fishing and great mountain biking opportunities, whilst the beautiful lake of Derwentwater at the head of the stunning Borrowdale Valley is only a few minutes walk from the town centre. Nearby, between Braithwaite and Buttermere is the beautiful Newlands Valley, while picturesque Bassenthwaite Lake is well worth a visit. From a gentle countryside ramble to a challenging hike up Skiddaw or the famous Catbells, there really is something for everyone. Visit Castlerigg Stone Circle, the Jennings Brewery and Mirehouse, a grand house and gardens on the shores of the Bassenthwaite Lake, or take a fabulous boat trip around Derwentwater. With plenty of attractions for the kids, lovely parks and the nearby Lake District Wildlife Park this is a great Lakeland destination whatever the time of year.
