Resting in a quiet corner of the small and exclusive Pastures park, between Cartmel and Allthwaite in Cumbria.

A single-storey property and sleeping up to four guests, Robin Lodge is the ideal setting for your next Cumbrian adventure, within easy reach of Grange-over-Sands Beach and on the outskirts of the Lake District National Park.

Upon arrival you will be greeted by a quiet cul-de-sac area containing two sought-after off-road parking spaces; continue up the steps into your entrance hallway - containing a very handy washing machine and fridge/freezer, neatly shut away in attractive storage.

Making your way into the main living area of the property, you will notice the spacious open-plan kitchen, dining and living room with plenty of seating for you to get comfortable on and watch your favourite Netflix shows on the Smart TV together.

Behind the living area is your kitchen and dining space; the kitchen contains gorgeous wooden and white painted counters, creating a warm and pleasant space for you to cook your favourite meals while making the most of the built-in microwave and convenient dishwasher.

The dining area seats up to six, perfect for enjoying an evening meal together after a day out; you could even have friends and family over that could stay in Pippin Lodge next door and make the most of the extra seating available in the property.

In the evening, continue down the hallway to the double bedroom, featuring plenty of large windows overlooking the quaint rear garden; making the room feel light and airy throughout.

The double bedroom also has an en-suite with a very large walk-in shower and rooftop light, radiating tranquillity into the space.

Across the hallway is the modern twin bedroom, which is great for kids or friends that may be joining you on your break.

Further down the hall is another stunning bathroom, with a luxurious corner bath and handheld shower, a perfect place to soak up and relax after a day packed with fun.

At the front of the property you will discover a lovely decked area with plenty of seats, where you can enjoy a sit down with an alfresco coffee.

Based near the village of Allithwaite, you have all your amenities less than five minutes away, including family-run pub The Pheasant Inn; providing good, honest food and some of the finest regional dishes.

Allithwaite is also the perfect location for history enthusiasts, featuring listed buildings Wraysholme Tower and Boarbank Hall.

Located a short, three-minute drive north of Robin Lodge is the village of Cartmel, a superb place to visit for a day out browsing local independent shops and dining out at local eateries, which cater to any group from tea rooms to gourmet dining.

Cartmel is home to some unique activities, such as visiting Black Horses Ltd for the opportunity to ride a true black beauty across the sands of Morecombe Bay, or taking part in the Lakeland Segway, which won the 2016 award of "Best Experience in Cumbria", as well as being home to Cartmel Racecourse.

If you want to experience a day by the coast, the town of Grange-over-Sands is less than ten minutes away; you can take a walk on The Promenade, containing a playground for kids, mini golf, tennis and football sport centre, while admiring the beautiful Cumbrian coastline.

Heading into the town you will discover many beautiful historical landmarks and gardens to marvel at, such as the Ornamental Gardens and Holker Hall, before choosing from a slew of cafés and restaurants for your perfect, seaside lunch.
