    its so lovely. The only issue we have had is the ongoing one with the lack of blue council bin bags being left by the binmen. We had to go to the council offices in Penrith to get bags. The lady at reception advised that the owner needs to contact them to ensure bags are left each week. We watched the bin men collect the rubbish and leave bags for every property except Kidsty. Apparently there was an issue some weeks back where rubbish was left out and not collected because it wasn't in an ...
