“Easy to find the property.”
Upon entering property it looked like it needed a bit of TLC downstairs.
We discovered the second bedroom had no bed linen and I tried calling both numbers listed but no one answered. Owner came to property following morning and apologised and made duvet up . The duvets are disgusting and I didn't use them because they were that bad . I had brought my own and we went to shops and got another. Discovered further duvets discarded in cupboard under stairs.
Upstairs was okay, we had everything we needed. Wondered why so many flies around the seating area though, the carpet needs cleaned and this will help .
I enjoyed my holiday but not accomodation. Even though I got this holiday at reduced rate of ÂŁ500 , I think I could've found a better property to rent if I had looked harder.
Very sorry to hear about the problems you had while staying with us , we do respond to any issues as soon as we can ... We pride ourselves on our cleanliness as you can see from all the positive feedback we get , we strongly disagree with the point you made about the duvets being disgusting they all have protectors on which are washed on a regular basis, This is the only negative feedback we've ever had and we will keep maintaining our high standards for our guests
