A narrow farm lane leads the short distance from the village of Crosthwaite to Low Cartmell Fold.
Stepping from the slate porch and through the front door, visitors are immediately struck by the age and character of the beautiful Lakeland farm house.
The reception rooms are arranged on the ground floor and include beautiful traditional slate floors.
