Accommodation in detail
From the driveway the front door opens to a porch and beyond, the beautiful sitting room with original oak beams and an imposing feature fireplace.
Comfortable leather sofa and armchair are arranged around the cosy log burning stove and a large screen Smart TV, making it the ideal to just relax in the evening with a glass of wine, or damson gin, in front of the fire to enjoy your favourite film.
The smart farmhouse kitchen, with slate flagged floor, is well equipped with contemporary fitted units with granite work top and complemented by a traditional farmhouse breakfast table, Equipped with a four ring electric hob and oven, fridge, freezer and dishwasher.
Though there is no washing machine the owners are able to arrange a laundry service on guests behalf.
The back door from the kitchen leads to a small east facing patio area with garden furniture and a private parking space for one car.
Back inside the luxurious king size bedroom, with and additional Smart TV, is a welcome retreat at the end of the day and adjacent to a smart shower room with shower basing and WC.

The Lyth Valley lies behind Cartmel Fell to the east of Lake Windermere.
The valley is known for its serene agricultural landscapes, its vibrant damson blossom (and harvest – look out for locally made damson jam and damson gin from the valley in the local artisan food and farm shops) in spring, and its widely-acclaimed Lake District gastropubs including The Punchbowl at Crosthwaite and The Mason's Arms at Strawberry Bank and Hare and Hounds at Bowland Bridge.
The Lyth Valley with its excellent bar and restaurant are a five minute walk away.
