    “Wheatlands cottage was superb.”

    Lovely little bungalow 2 minutes from Windermere but I a quiet location with parking. The hosts were lovely and the bed so comfortable. We would definitely recommend and hope to return.

The region also boasts many National Trust properties as well as a variety of water sports for those who prefer a more adrenaline-fuelled trip.
