    “We had a wonderful week here.”

    Lynsey was so welcoming and explained everything we needed to know. The house is very well equipped with everything you will need during your stay. Everyone said all the beds were very comfortable to sleep on. It really is a great base to explore the area. We were also very greatful to Lynsey when we had a flat tyre on the morning of leaving and she let us stay slightly over checkout to get sorted. I can't recommend it enough and if you are thinking of booking then go right ahead without any ...

The property

A superb elevated detached stone cottage with fantastic views and private hot tub, on a large private wrap-around patio courtyard garden with lawn and rockery.

In the living area there are two comfortable seating areas and a dining area with a striking floor to ceiling slate wall housing the woodburner and there is underfloor heating throughout the ground floor.

Step out from the living area through French doors onto the large patio and enjoy the views.

Even the ground floor cloakroom has a stunning view!

On the first floor there are three bedrooms all with en-suite facilities, beams and one of the bedrooms has a floor to ceiling window with vaulted ceiling and direct long-reaching views which can be enjoyed from your comfortable bed.

The Courtyard - Bigland Hall Estate

Backbarrow 1.5 miles.
