Larch Lodge is a tranquil, single-storey, eco-friendly lodge situated near the historic mansion of Hutton in the Forest, Penrith and 7.6 miles from Lake Ullswater.

This property boasts open-plan living, enclosed garden, and off-road parking for two cars, making Larch Lodge idyllic for a family or small pack of pals on a Cumbria getaway.

Step into your new eco-friendly haven constructed entirely from timber, most of which being larch felled locally, and insulated with sheep’s wool, creating a rustic and warm home for you to relax in!

Glide into the open-plan living space upon hardwood floors and fall onto a red, plush sofa and into a story on the TV in the sitting area.

Whip up a delicious dinner with the help of an electric oven and hob, microwave, and fridge/freezer and dig in at a dining table for four.

For the days when cooking isn’t on the agenda, a vegetarian restaurant is on-site for your use!

Drink in the last few drops of sun in the wraparound decking, then rinse off the day in an en-suite bath or shower, as the dishwasher and washer/dryer take care of your plates and laundry.

When sleep calls, answer it in a double or twin bed waiting to catch you.
