“House has a lovely homely feel to it and we felt very comfortable there but there was quite a few easy repairs needed to bring it to a 5* review.”

Upon entering there is a huge crack next to the front door running from floor to ceiling, the toilet roll holder came off in my hand the first time I used the loo, the kickboard under the dishwasher kept coming off when you opened the dishwasher, dishwasher top level water dispenser broken off inside dishwasher, sofa uncomfortable and felt like we was constantly sliding forward. Cooker hood absolutely filthy and caked with cooking oil. Also we had an issue with a neighbour parking very awkwardly ...

Also we had an issue with a neighbour parking very awkwardly so that it was quite a manoeuvre to get in and out with the car. Grass desperately needed cutting in the rear garden and the residue from the last cut was still out there so the dogs were constantly tracking grass in the house. This wouldn't have been so bad but the vacuum that is left there for guests to use is so full that you can't actually fix the lid on properly (hettie hoover) and cannot use it. There is a brush but no dustpan to get it up. Otherwise it's a lovely location in a gorgeous little town with a fab secure garden but these little problems, which are such an easy fix, severely let this holiday let down.
