“A lovely, comfortable cottage in an excellent location.”

The fixtures and fittings were first class. The communications before and during the stay from Alun, the owner, were the best we’ve experienced. The only issue is the parking: I damaged our clutch trying to reverse up the driveway (as was recommended). It would have been better to go up forwards or to have the lower space, which Alun agreed that we could use for the week, to be the designated space.

We're very happy that you enjoyed your time in the Barn, Kim. Thanks for the kind words! And for drawing guests' attention to the location. With the valley-side location and stunning views does come the steep driveway up to the barn. But as you pointed out, we do have an alternative spot which negates the need to get up the steep bit if you prefer. We hope to welcome you back sometime. Cheers, Alun and Oksana Property Owner

A mixture of houses, cottages and farms, the village is scattered along a narrow lane bordered by a drystone wall.
